# savourydiary Chicken Rice |
Today, I'll be sharing with you my chicken rice recipe that was
taught by my friend. It is easy and tasty!
Chicken Rice:
What you need

3 cups of
broth/soup
3 cups of rice
Salt
Sesame oil

Combine
all and cook in rice cooker

While waiting, prepare your chickens. I have the
"steamed" chicken and the roasted chicken. Well, both is to my
liking.
From the broth, remove the chicken and you get the "steamed” chicken.
hahahah. I personally have not tried any nice "steamed"
chicken and never enjoyed eating them. I found this as an alternative. We'll
make do okie? Heh.
Roasted Chicken:

Oyster Sauce Blackpepper sauce Sesame oil / Butter / Oil |
Mix
well and put it in the oven / air fryer

Simple right? So easy to cook 1 dish (chicken soup / broth) and
use it to make into another 3 sides (chicken rice, "steamed" chicken
and roasted chicken)
Hmmmm. Let me add on 1 more sides! My all-time favourite chicken
rice chilli sauce.
Chicken Rice Chilli Sauce:

Lemon /
Lime juice
Sugar
and Salt
Ginger

Blend
all and bring them to boil.
