Blend chilli paste, garlic, ginger
and turmeric.
Fry in hot oil and add in smashed lemongrass bulb.
Let it fragrant.
Pour in tamarind juice and water.
Add in fish cube for taste or belachan
for the extra ommph!
Lastly, don’t forget your stingray!
Let it simmer and it’s good to go.

Ikan
Tenggiri Masin Goreng
|
In hot oil, fry the ikan tenggiri
masin till crispy.
Place the fried fish on a plate.
Sliced some garlic, cili padi and
lots of onion and fry in the same oil.
Pour mixture on top of the fish.
And for the additional zest, squeeze
few limes to serve.

Omelette
|
Beat some eggs, white pepper and
salt.
Fry in hot oil.
Add some fried shallots for
garnishing.
Best served with plain white rice.
