AYAM MASAK KICAP
Chicken cooked in soya sauce.
When I was a kid, this was my favourite dish. It
taste sweet and a bit of spicy. Usually when my mom cooks this dish, she will
make it more watery and add in vermicelli. She will cook this in slow cooker so
our chicken absorbs all the flavours. But as for me, whatever cooks the fastest
yes? Hehe.

Step-by-step
Fry all
sliced ingredients in hot wok till fragrant. Add in chicken till ¾ cooked and
pour in soya sauce and oyster sauce for taste. Add a bit of water and let it
simmer.
